M/s Galaxy Global Infotech did not quote and therefore, have not been considered.

Because of the introduction of the
variable warranty on
individual components it is advised that systems need to be
assembled from system items, in consultation with the
vendors.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes for all items.
PC RC Vendors are strictly instructed not to entertain requests for any
discounts on the RC Prices.
Please check compatibility
of components with operating systems (eg. Linux).
In your indent, please
give code numbers, specifications and amount. It is recommended
that for purchases of consumables below the limit of Rs
5000, please pay using cash on delivery mode."
For a single order exceeding
Rs 5 Lakhs, indentor may negotiate discount on the rate
contract prices with the vendor. Please consult Central
Stores for implementation details.
For any item in the rate
contract list which had been ordered but is no longer
available, an equivalent substitute may be accepted, provided
the vendor produces a letter from the manufacturer/ bulk
dealer indicating the equivalence. In you are not sure
about the substitute being equal to the original item,
please ask the vendor to obtain approval from the Rate
Contract Committee. If an item (eg. 20 GB hard disk) fails
in the warranty period and an exact replacement is not
available, the vendor must provide the next higher compatible
item (eg. 40 GB Hard disk) free of any additional cost.
Warranty of the items are as mentioned against each item in the list of items of PC Rate Contract.
CALL BILLING SCHEDULE:
Operating System Loading:
Rs 550.
Application Software Loading:
Rs 275 (per session of 3 hours or less).
Any other complaint/fault:
Rs 275. Job must be completed. Material charges extra.
If hardware item deemed
or returned "irrepairable" then only Rs 100
to be charged.
MEDIUM
SCALE PURCHASES UNDER PC RATE CONTRACT: (Purchases between Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 25,00,000/-)
The PC Ratecontract is silent on the discounts offered for purchases
above Rs. 5,00,000/-.
For all purchases beyond Rs. 5,00,000/- and up to Rs. 25,00,000/-
the discount should be negotiated with the RC vendor through a
Letter of intent, (Click here for the copy of a Draft Letter of intent) for a discount rate which shall be more than the
discount offered for purchases up to Rs. 5,00,000/-.
